Welcome to our self-catering farm holiday cottages in North Devon, close to Lee Bay, Ilfracombe and Woolacombe.
Our delightfully spacious farm cottages & lodges are set within 35 acres of unspoilt countryside with glorious sea views for you to enjoy - yet within minutes you can be at the coast enjoying award winning golden sandy beaches at Woolacombe, exploring the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe with its Tunnel Beaches, or relaxing with a drink in our local village pub at Lee Bay.
If you just want to escape, delight in the abundant wildlife, breathe the freshest air, watch stunning sunsets and look up to the clearest starlit night skies, join the many people who return here every year.
Our 8 well equipped, 4 star rated holiday cottages and lodges (sleeping from 2 to 8 people) provide a high standard of self-catering accommodation for couples, families and groups alike, and are all situated to take advantage of the stunning sea and countryside views. There'll be a complimentary home-made cream tea waiting for you in your cottage and delicious farm produced meat, home cooked meals and groceries in the farm shop.
With 4 lodges and 4 traditional cottages converted from farm buildings there's a holiday home to suit everyone, whether you need a single storey lodge, a large house for several families or a cosy cottage with wood-burning stove. Ideal for large groups and family gatherings, when you book more than 3 cottages together at Lower Campscott you will have free use of our well-appointed function room which seats 40 or more.

The beautiful landscaped grounds provide plenty of places for barbeques or simply relaxing, there's a great outdoor play area and space for children to cycle, scoot or roller skate. The games room has a pool table, table tennis table, table football and a good selection of games, books and DVDs which you can take back to your cottage to enjoy.
Everyone is welcome to join in with the animal feeding sessions, follow the farm trail and explore the farm. You can take the footpath to our wonderful local pub, the Grampus or to the pretty beach at Lee Bay - ideal for rock pooling with a secret path to the smugglers' beach at low tide.
For anyone wanting to venture further, we are within easy reach of Exmoor, the level Tarka Trail and Lundy Island, championship golf courses, great cycle routes, and all of North Devon's numerous award winning family attractions.
Whether you're looking for an active, fun filled holiday or a quiet relaxing break, Lower Campscott has it all.

Pinetree Lodge, at the heart of the farm, is our largest holiday home which comfortably sleeps 8. Its open plan living area with full height lofty ceiling is a great place to relax and unwind and is also ideal for small groups to get together when staying in our other cottages or lodges. Sliding doors lead onto a level decked terrace and the gardens beyond, the perfect place for bbqs and enjoying the sea views.
