Some cosy country pubs are recommended for eating out. Near by Croyde famous for it's surfing, Woolacombe and Putsborough provide the finest quality beaches.

The beautiful stone arches that comprise the windows were designed for cart horses. Drewstone Arches sleeps 5 guests inc cot, one double bedroom, one twin and a single room. Bath/shower room on the ground floor.The lounge with wood-burner (free logs) and exposed beams gives a cosy country feel with a television/DVD player. Electric and heating included in price. This delightful cottage which adjoins the owner's residence overlooks a beautiful wooded valley, with spectacular views to Dartmoor 40 miles away. This cottage is excellent for nature lovers who want to get away from it all, relax and just soak up the views.
The 2 bedroom cottage has its own entrance and a large enclosed garden for you to enjoy (including kids play equipment). The spacious bedrooms with one double room, one twin room, and bath/shower room on the first floor.
The ground floor has a lounge with a wood burner and colour TV/DVD. A new kitchen (including dishwasher) and a separate dinging room. Patio doors open onto the lawns. Free electric, heating and Wi-Fi. One dog allowed.

Swallows Barn is one of our two converted stone barns. It's a light, spacious property that provides a balance of original character including the beams and high ceilings with modern living.
On the ground floor is a very large and comfortable living room with a high apex ceiling and large windows to enjoy the views from. It also includes a leather suite around a woodburner and dining suite for evening meals.
Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and bathroom perfect for those who find stairs difficult.
On the first floor there are two more bedrooms both attractive with beams and ensuite facilities. Access to Swallow barn is via small steps into the house and on to the terrace.

The Round House is one of our two beautifully converted Stone Barns. It has been designed and renovated using high specifications for the 2019 season. The property is light and airy with much of it's original character remaining but with a modern style.
Within the property there is a large open plan kitchen/dining area, an attractively furnished, lounge with high apex ceiling and wood burner (free logs) for cold nights. The lounge has french doors providing access to a large terrace that provides some breath taking country views. The property also has two large bedrooms with feature beams and en-suite facilities that have magnificent views from their windows of the surrounding countryside.
