Wonderfully, Devon has a great range of beaches that allow dogs all year round. We have created a list of all these beaches so you can keep them to hand ready for your stay in Devon, whatever time of year you come.

- Anstey’s Cove - this small shingle beach is quiet, peaceful and incredibly beautiful
- Babbacombe Beach - a delightful small shingle beach set beneath the cliffs at Babbacombe Downs
- Beesands Beach - a mile-long shingle beach backed by fields and a freshwater lake
- Clovelly - a small pebble beach just below the car-free, historic village
- East Portlemouth - made up of a number of small beaches - Fishermans Cove, Smalls Cove and Mill Bay - so you can hunt down your very own secluded spot
- Elberry Cove - a romantic impressive shingle beach with beautiful cystal blue clear waters
- Fairy Cove - a little magical beach to the South of Paignton Sands, just over the Harbour wall, which is popular with families
- Fishcombe Cove - a peaceful cove surrounded on all sides by tall cliffs and wooded hillsides
- Mattiscombe Beach - a nice sandy beach on a picturesque part of the South Devon coast
- Hallsands Beach - a precarious position between cliffs and the sea
- Hele Bay - a quiet beach, ideal for relaxing with a few rock pools
- Instow - a sandy, flat beach with sand dunes at the end and a fast flowing tide
- Lannacombe Beach - a small sandy beach flanked by large areas of rock
- Leas Foot Sands - a lovely little sandy beach located in front of the Thurlestone Golf Club
- Livermead Sands - a stretch of red sand parallel to the main seafront road
- Lynmouth Beach -  a shingle beach just below the village of Lynmouth
- Man Sands Beach - a wonderfully secluded pebble beach with sand exposed at low tide
- Mill Bay - a pleasant sheltered sandy beach on the east bank of Salcombe harbour
- Ness Cove - a long sandy beach, which is accessible through a tunnel from the Shaldon car park
- North Sands Beach - a large sandy beach perfect for families, with great swimming due to the safe bay
- Oyster Cove - an attractive beach which is very popular with local people
- Rockham Bay - secluded beach nestled in a bay backed by rocky cliffs
- Row Cove - sandy and largely covered with rocks. 
- Scabbacombe Sands - a small pebble and sand beach which is usually quiet 
- Shoalstone Beach - a small shingle and rocky beach just along the coast from Brixham Harbour
- Slapton Sands - a beautiful pebble beach that stretched for almost two miles
- Soar Mill Cove - a tiny remote sandy inlet set below the craggy black towers of Bolt Head
- St Mary’s Bay - a delightful secluded sandy beach with interesting rock formations and surrounding cliffs
- Sunny Cove - a sandy beach with relatively gentle waves so swimming is a pleasure
- Thurlestone Beach - A beautiful sandy beach in the South Hams area
- Welcombe Mouth - a large pebble and sandy beach
- Westcombe Beach - a long grey sand beach with rock pools at low tide
- Wonwell Beach -  pleasant sandy beach on the east shore of the Erme river
- Wild Pear Beach - beautifully sandy, but with lots of rocks at low tide
