Wartime evecuee returns to Devon Farm

A wartime evacuee has returned to Lee Barton,High Bickington where he spent 12 months,70 years ago with the previous owners who have since all passed away.This time Mr.Chris Palmer bought back his family from London and Texas to relive his childhood memories,and what stories he could tell.The family stayed in Lee Meadow and Lee Court cottages which was created from former shippons in 2002.To read the full story ,see page 20 of the 10th July North Devon Gazette.
